Robert is a UNISON local government rep and was previously a PCS member in the Civil Service. He joined the Green Party in 2014 and held a number of Green Party roles including Policy Development Co-Coordinator.

Alex has been a member of the Green Party since 2015. He currently works as a Principal Lecturer in Law at Oxford Brookes University, where is also Health and Safety Rep on the University College Union (UCU) Executive Committee. Alex is active in Oxford City Green party and is currently a target candidate for the St Clements ward at the forthcoming Oxford City Council elections.

I was a founder member of the Green Party Trade Union group and am on the steering groups of the Greener Jobs Alliance and the Campaign Against Climate Change. Currently I am Co-Secretary of Green Left. I am physically disabled and retired but remain an active member of the UCU London Retired Members’ branch and am Trade Union Liaison Officer for my local Green Party. I think that GPTU needs to use social and conventional media to increase its profile and influence inside the Green Party, in the labour movement and amongst workers in general, especially in including those who are marginalised by discrimination and anti-union legislation.
